We now offer Far Infrared Sauna Sessions in a Low EMF Dynamic Sauna for $40 per 45 minute session with 1 hour to use the space.

• The session inside the sauna is 45 minutes and you have 1 hour to use the space.
• Please bring your own towel. If you forget one, we will provide one for you.
• Privacy in the space is provided by a room divider. 
• We ask that you use your towel to sit on in the sauna. You can use this towel to dry off afterwards as well.
• After the session, please use a small hand towel provided and spray bottle to clean your space in the sauna, and any sweat that may have dripped.
• Prepayment is required for Infrared Sauna sessions. Please text or call Courtney at (954)-940-2072 to schedule.
